It's been a good week over here. I spent the last few days in NYC going to museums, spending time with friends and enjoying the long awaited nice weather we've all been hoping for.
While I was in NYC, Escape From Illustration Island released their Podcast of my interview with Thomas James who runs the site. It was a bit nerve-wracking but fun to chat with such a nice fellow. I've long admired the work he's done with the site and there is a treasure trove of interviews and information on the site. I would recommend spending some time over there poking around, listening to all the Podcasts and reading all the other information on there.
Also, there were a few sites that picked up a recent cover I did for The Pitch....some Cover of the Day love and CoverJunkie love. Cool!
Its been an honor this week to have all this wonderful stuff happening.
I just got back from a 500+ mile roundtrip a few hours ago - so I am going to chill on the couch, read the new 3x3 - my friend Q. Cassetti is on the cover and interviewed in there - and just hang around for the rest of the night. I want to get some rest because I start a new series of paintings tomorrow and have some trips over the next couple of weeks in the middle of work. Fun stuff!
